Registering at PisoPlay is straightforward. Go to the Register page, fill in your full name, active Philippine mobile number, email address, and a secure password. You'll receive a one-time PIN (OTP) via SMS to verify your number. Tick the Terms and Conditions checkbox, hit Register, and you're done. The whole process takes under two minutes.

You must be at least 21 years old to create and use a PisoPlay account, in compliance with Philippine gaming regulations. Players who do not meet this age requirement will not be permitted to open an account or access any real-money features on the platform.

Deposits

Withdrawals

Log in to your account, go to your wallet section, and select Withdrawal. Choose your preferred method — GCash, Maya, or bank transfer — enter the amount, and confirm. Most withdrawals are processed within a few hours. For larger amounts, additional verification may be required.

Most withdrawals at PisoPlay are processed within a few hours. Delays can occur during peak periods, bank maintenance windows, or when additional identity verification is needed. If your withdrawal hasn't arrived within 24 hours, contact PisoPlay support with your withdrawal reference number and we'll look into it right away.

For standard withdrawals up to a certain limit, your registered mobile OTP is sufficient. For larger withdrawals, PisoPlay may request a copy of a valid government-issued ID (e.g. PhilSys ID, Passport, Driver's License) to comply with Philippine AML regulations. This is a one-time requirement per account.

A wagering requirement means you need to bet the bonus amount a certain number of times before you can withdraw it as cash. For example, a ₱1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you need to place ₱10,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash.
